I ate here twice in as many days, breakfast both times and it was superb! Two eggs over medium hash browns link sausage all done to perfection and at a very reasonable price. Good coffee great service good place to go... Highly recommended.

The food was good; waitress not so much. I stopped into the restaurant on a trip from Chicago to Minnesota, looking for a good breakfast. The establishment was clean, open and inviting. I ordered a simple meal of french toast, ham, and coffee. I received pancakes, ham, and a cup of coffee but could not get a refill despite asking the waitress. “Someone else would bring the pot around”; it never happened. While the food was good, it was not what I ordered. A final thought, I generally hate having televisions in a restaurant; it is a place I go to get away from the electronic world. Neli’s had televisions blasting out news programming that really sets my day off wrong.

Not fancy, just a nice family restaurant with good food at reasonable prices.Has a good Senior menu.

The food is always good if a little salty. The vibe reads as dinner and most of the patrons are 45+. Everything here is pretty meat oriented but they will make the food to order if they can. I eat here almost every weekend because it's good comfort food and they are open until 9pm

I enjoy the food, but we ordered to go and believe it or not, they tack on a surcharge.

Pleasant clean family style restaurant with a vast menu that includes many breakfast items served all day. Great lunch specials including a soup and cheeseburger selection. Homestyle soups in large bowls are full of noodles and vegetables that make the soups a meal in themselves. Wait staff is friendly and professional. Parking is ample. A great place to grab a bite in between the area antique malls.

The food was good and the prices were decent. They have been around for quite some time. Neli's is a casual and comfortable place. They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Very nice people that work there. Good selection of food & very good prices. I ordered a hot breaded pork sandwich which came with soup or salad. Good portion sizes also. I would definitely go back when I'm in the area.

The wait staff are good and quick to fill coffee or bring anything you want. Their food is always great. And they have gluten free bread!

Fried Perch Dinner Is A Rip-Off Dined her on Sunday 9/15. This is the first time I ordered Perch here. For $10.65 I got (3) VERY SMALL............. pieces of thin fish 3-inch x 3inch (1 piece) was curled up into a roll. 3/4 of the plate was french fries and corn. THIS AMOUNT OF FISH IS NOT WORTH $10.65.

Thier fried chicken is way too crispy , way too much of the of extra crispy than chicken meat. Vegetable beef soup had way too much corn and peas, 1 piece small piece off meat.

We come here twice a year after an event at Blackhawk Farms Raceway. There are usually 10-15 of us that visit. We have never had a problem with food or our waitresses.

We were a party of 7. Everyone was very pleased with their selection. One ordered perch. 2 had chicken fried steak another 2 had their fried chicken. One had pork chops, and I had meatloaf. It was excellent. Would definitely order again. Nice clean and cozy place. Would highly recommend it.

That place is so welcomeing my family goes there alot we went there for my sisters graduation and they were so nice to us they rented the hole back part for my family and there close to home and make you feel like you're a part of the family oh and it's a family business which is cool

Staff make you feel like family and owners make you feel welcomed & like a part of their family. Staff appeared to work as a team during our visit which is rare to see. The menu has so many options for breakfast & dinner it can be a bit overwhelming for first timers however, the staff will provide suggestions but it doesn't seem like you could go wrong with any option you choose. Time spent between arrival and receiving our order was great. We ordered the roast beef crisper, Micky mouse pancakes & bacon (pictured) with a rootbeer float, dagwood burger & fries, and the 1/2lb cheeseburger & fries - prices were very reasonable. Everything was seasoned well and was very filling. We will definitely plan to return!Update:We just hosted a graduation dinner for a party of 50+ family & friends (25May2019). They hosted us like we were a party of 5 - flawless. The most comforting, stress-less experience I have ever had. If you have not dined here you are definitely missing out!

One of the best waitresses I have had in my life. She was kind, funny, and sassy. We came in as a group of 6 and we're treated wonderfully. And the Alaskan waffle? Amazing.

More like 10 stars. Food, service, portions, and pricing were all amazing yet again! This is the third time we have eaten here on our yearly driving trips so far. The staff was so friendly and did a wonderful job taking care if us. I usually don't like most French fries, but I love their battered fries. Great breakfast items that the kids love eating for dinner and burgers. Plus you should check out the desserts. So many great foods to try that look delicious. Well I think we officially have a dinner tradition twice a year at Neil's. All 6 of us agree that tonight they even out did the other trips. I am very picky eater and have food restrictions and allergies. They did everything perfect!!

Great service, great prices, great food! We had a group of four. We all got breakfast and no one could finish. So much food! Our bill was about $40 so that's pretty reasonable!

I frequent this restaraunt 2 to 3 times a week. Today I had the whole fried catfish which is the BEST catfish I have ever had, baked potato it's never dry, peas and a salad. Best salad anywhere. Very fresh! For dessert I had chocolate ice cream. The employees are very friendly and VERY hard working. I am so lucky to have a wonderful place to eat that's less than a mile away from my home.
